Our approach to privacy
Hirezira exists to minimize the personal data recruiters share. We process resumes solely to detect and remove candidate contact information and to produce a sanitized copy you control.
What we process
We process the resume files you upload and the contact details detected within them, your account information, and standard usage metadata. We do not sell personal data.
How resumes are handled
Uploaded resumes are processed to produce a sanitized output and stored against your account so you can re-download them. You can delete jobs at any time. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention periods.
Data protection & GDPR
We support GDPR-friendly data minimization. We maintain audit records of redactions, restrict access to your data, and honor data subject and deletion requests submitted through your account or our support team.
Sub-processors & security
We use industry-standard hosting and encryption in transit and at rest. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
